​1. What do I need to get started making an item (apparel, bag etc) with Ortu Leather?

For us to get started on your project we'll need a complete designer tech pack (with all measurements) or a live proto/sample (even in fabric) we can modify and create the hard pattern from.

​2. What are your payment terms?

Sample and Duplicates are 100% prepaid. Duplicates are half the price of the sample.
For Production: 50% deposit is due before production start and remaining 50% is due before or upon pick delivery/pick up.

​3. What are your lead times?

For samples, usually 2 weeks or less.
Production can be anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks depending on quantity and type of work.

​4. How can I get a production price estimate?

In order to provide you a professional quote we need to first make a sample with our sample and/or pattern maker.
After any modification needed and once you approve the final sample, we will be able to provide you the accurate production price for the item.

5. What is your minimum order?

It usually depends on the item, the material and the finishing.
Minimum orders range anywhere between 20, 50, 100 units per color per style.
We understand each manufacturer or independent designer has a different product offering and brand vision and we'll work with each client individually on the best solution.

​6. Do you offer Parking?

Free street parking or use the parking lot adjacent to our building (free without validation)
